On application of John Register that letters of administration issue to him on the estate of L F Williams deceased. Ordered that the following persons be appointed appraisers to appraise the estate of L F Williams being deceased. Daniel Pynes, Sion Smith, Simon Smith, Jeremiah Kimbrel, or Hozi Wood or any three of them are authorized to appraise the effects of said estate.
