* The Deed Book has "this 3rd day one thousand eight hundred twenty six." The deposition of witnesses to the will was dated 9 Oct 1826. 		Henry County, Alabama Deed Book A-C, Page 7.
Sarah 11/13/1826 Listed in Benjamin Harvey estate inventory. Other slaves included in the inventory of Benjamin Harvey's estate were: Betsy, Bob, Charles, Dick, Harry, Harriet, Henry, Isabel, Jerry Jr., Jerry Sr., Jesse, Keziah, Mary, and Shephard. Henry County, Alabama Orphans Court Record Book C, page 402.
