Blackshear, Olive 1823 Oldest daughter of Randolph and Kathryn (Anglin) Blackshear. She came to Henry County with the family from Twiggs County Georgia in 1823 at age nine. Olive Blackshear was born 06 January 1814 in Twiggs County, Georgia. She married Axim King of Henry County in Henry County on 22 January 1835. She lived the remainder of her life in Henry County and is buried in Camp Springs Cemetery. Valerie Adams, Blackshear family historian, 2009.

Blackshear, Olive 1864 The estate records of Randolph Blackshear are located in Book O - Pages 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83. It states that he died 31 January 1864. Nancy (Kirkland) Blackshear, his second wife is presenting his will for proving and probation. This instrument for probating the will also names Olive King [Olive (Blackshear) King] as one of his children by his first wife. From Orphans records v.
